Long-term thinking.
We build for the long game: software made to last, for problems that will always exist. We don't just focus on immediate improvements for our clients — we build lasting solutions for the years to come.
We build intelligent software for the operational problems that big vendors overlook and spreadsheets can't solve; starting in aviation, and growing from there.
Odiseo Solutions was founded in 2025, out of a big problem its founder lived first-hand. In aviation operations, suppliers break their contracts all the time: parts arrive late, repairs overrun, warranties go unclaimed, delivery penalties go unenforced. The money owed back is real and significant. But it's buried in operational data, scattered across systems and spreadsheets, and nobody has the time to chase it.
So the value just… evaporates. Quietly. Every month.
We started Odiseo Solutions to fix exactly that, to build the software that finds the value hiding in how companies operate, and puts it back where it belongs. That's the solution we're bringing to the industry. METIS is the first. It won't be the last.

“We named the company after the Odyssey's hero — the one who always found a smart way through. That's the spirit: big problems, clever solutions.”

Connect on LinkedIn →Aviation is where we started. It's where we lived problems first-hand. But hidden operational value isn't unique to one industry, and Odiseo Solutions was always meant to expand to new players, with many solutions. We're building toward something bigger.
Wherever operations run on complex data, value often goes unnoticed. We're taking to every industry what we've proven in aviation. Similar problems, same solutions.
We're not a one-product company. We're building a family of solutions, each one dedicated to a problem the market needs solved, to take a step forward.
Problems evolve, so we don't stand still. We keep what we build ahead of the curve, so it finds more value and provides a better solution every year, not less.
